Casa Marlin is nestled in a modest community of residences called Pueblo La Playa. It is the upstairs unit of our vacation home. With sweeping views of the Sea of Cortez and the new "Puerto Los Cabos" marina. Casa Marlin has one large master suite with a king size bed, a second bedroom with a queen size bed, living room with sleeper sofa, bath and full kitchen. We have a BBQ for your convenience. A Spanish theme, the floors are Mexican pavers and the living room and kitchen are both open to a large patio with an outdoor dining area. This is the perfect location to watch the activity of the marina, enjoy the sunset or observe the magnificent star filled skies. We supply linens and towels. The kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, coffee pot, microwave, refrigerator and freezer.
